Appointment and Cancellation Policies

Please be aware that we do not allow children in our salon. We have many tools that are dangerous so we ask that you leave your little ones at home. This policy is in place to keep you and your child safe. If you do bring your child to an appointment, we will have to reschedule you and you will be charged 50% of the service price.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hour notice. We totally understand that things happen, however if you need to cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be responsible for 50% of the service price. We have these policies in place to protect our estheticians as well as get clients scheduled that are on our wait list. We appreciate your understanding.
